  • Terms and Conditions for Business Consultation & Mentorship Program Packages

    1. General

    These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Business Consultation & Mentorship Program Packages offered by London Stylist Academy (LSA). By purchasing any package, you agree to these terms.

    2. Package Details

    • 3 for 2 Promotion: 3 hours of consulting for the price of 2 hours (£499.50).

    • Standard Package: 4 hours of consulting for £999.

    • Professional Package: 8 hours of consulting for £1499.

    • Enterprise Package: 12 hours of consulting for £1999.

    3. Consultation Hours

    • Consultation hours are valid for the duration specified in each package.

    • Unused hours will not carry over beyond the validity period and will expire once the program term is complete.

    • Clients must schedule consultations in advance, subject to availability.

    4. Payment Terms

    • All prices are quoted in GBP and THB.

    • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

    • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.

    5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

    • Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee or may result in the loss of that session.

    6. Refund Policy

    • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a package has been purchased.

    • If LSA needs to cancel a session, clients will be offered a rescheduled date or an alternative consultation option.

    7. Confidentiality

    • All client information and consultations are confidential.

    • LSA will not share personal or business information without prior consent.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    • LSA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.

    • Clients are responsible for their own business decisions based on the consultation and mentorship received.

    9. Amendments

    • LSA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    • Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    Acknowledgment

    By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

  • Terms of Service – London Stylist Academy: Fashion Training & Tours

    Welcome to London Stylist Academy (“LSA”). By booking and participating in our London Fashion Training & Tours, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service.

    1. Booking & Payment

    1.1. All bookings must be made in advance through our official website or via direct contact with LSA.
    1.2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
    1.3. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
    1.4. Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from LSA.

    2. Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

    2.1. All bookings are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstances. This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, illness, travel restrictions, missed flights, or any other unforeseen events.
    2.2. In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the booking will be retained, and no rescheduling or refunds will be offered.
    2.3. Rescheduling is possible at LSA’s discretion and subject to availability, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the scheduled date.

    3. Tour & Training Conduct

    3.1. Participants must arrive on time at the designated meeting point; late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the experience without a refund.
    3.2. Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings during the tour or training. LSA is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
    3.3. Any disruptive behavior, misconduct, or failure to follow the guide’s/stylist’s instructions may result in immediate termination of the experience without a refund.
    3.4. Participants must adhere to all health and safety regulations, including any dress codes required by exclusive venues or institutions visited during the experience.

    4. Liability & Disclaimer

    4.1. LSA is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring during the tour or training. Participants join at their own risk.
    4.2. LSA acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party venues (e.g., boutiques, private fashion houses, restaurants) and is not liable for changes in their services.
    4.3. Experiences may include walking, standing for extended periods, or travel by public or private transportation. Participants should ensure they are in suitable health to attend.
    4.4. In rare cases where LSA must cancel a tour or training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, force majeure), participants will be offered a rescheduled date or credit for a future booking. No monetary refunds will be provided.

    5. UK Law Compliance

    5.1. These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with UK law.
    5.2. By booking a tour or training with LSA, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
    5.3. If any provision of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

    6. Intellectual Property & Media Usage

    6.1. All content, training materials, and experiences provided by LSA are the intellectual property of LSA and may not be reproduced, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior consent.
    6.2. By participating in LSA tours and training programs, you consent to the use of photos or videos taken during the experience for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing prior to the event.

  • Terms of Service – London Stylist Academy Masterclass

    1. General Terms

    By enrolling in the London Stylist Academy (LSA) Masterclass, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service govern your participation in our courses and form a binding agreement between you and London Stylist Academy.

    2. Non-Refundable Policy

    • All masterclass purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to schedule conflicts, personal reasons, or lack of participation.

    • Once payment has been processed, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

    • Transfers to a future course or another participant may be considered at the sole discretion of LSA and must be requested in writing.

    3. Course Access & Participation

    • Each masterclass is designed for individual use only; sharing login details or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.

    • LSA reserves the right to remove any participant from the program without a refund if they engage in disruptive behavior, misuse course materials, or violate these terms.

    4. Intellectual Property

    • All content, including videos, materials, and resources provided during the masterclass, remains the intellectual property of LSA.

    • Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    • LSA is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the masterclass.

    • We do not guarantee any specific results, business success, or financial gain from attending the program.

    6. Compliance with UK Law

    • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    • Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

    7. Amendments to Terms

    • LSA reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the masterclass after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
